Returns Policy:

We accept returns for up to 14 days after the product has been received by the customer. Upon report that the product is unsuitable, we will provide a returns address to the customer. The customer is responsible for paying any delivery fees to ship products back to Curl Assist. Products that appear to be tampered with (i.e broken seals, clearly used) will not be accepted as a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

By using Curl Assist, you agree to your data being held by Kalon London Limited, trading as Curl Assist for marketing and advertising purposes. Shipping Policy:

Once an order has been confirmed, we ship the order via Royal Mail on the next possible working day, in accordance with the delivery option selected by the individual customer.

Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)

COVID-19 update: Due to the current circumstances, we endeavour to uphold the specified delivery dates provided at the time of order, and do everything we can to ensure this is possible.
